This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and related pre-engagement communications. It does not govern information processed while delivering services to a client under a signed agreement. Client-engagement data is governed by the applicable written agreement and related privacy or data-processing terms.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control, even if the Site links to them.

Even after you opt out, we may continue to send communications that are necessary to respond to your request or address administrative, legal, security, or transactional matters.

Information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may separately verify your identity.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10.1 Texas Residents
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Texas residents may also appeal a denial of a request.
BoyTwigg does not sell personal data and does not process personal data for targeted advertising.
10.2 California Residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to BoyTwigg's processing, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, retention criteria, and categories of recipients. California residents may also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing and to be free from discriminatory treatment.
BoyTwigg does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Nothing in this section represents that every provision of the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to BoyTwigg in every circumstance.
10.3 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, individuals in these jurisdictions may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Browser Privacy Signals
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently provide a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out link.
Where applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process those signals as required.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, and the Site may not respond to them unless required by law.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through the Site.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so we can evaluate and address the issue.
